Contacting the ministry
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected topic and message are saved for authorized ministry administrators. Your consent and submission time are recorded. A notification email is sent to the ministry so the team can respond. Avoid including sensitive information you do not want to share with the ministry.
Media and external services
Printed-book requests save your selected book, quantity, name, email, optional phone number and delivery address for authorized ministry administrators. Your consent and request time are recorded. A notification is sent to the ministry; delivery addresses are viewed in the dashboard. Requests are subject to availability and delivery arrangements.
Video previews load thumbnails from YouTube. Selecting play loads a YouTube video player. The contact page displays a Google Maps embed and our contact and printed-book request forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These services may process information about your visit under their own privacy policies.
Course registration and sign-in take place on the ministry’s existing course portals. Online giving opens the ministry’s existing Squad payment page. Your interaction with those services is handled by their operators.
Search and browsing
Audio searches, year filters, and page numbers appear in the browser URL so you can return to or share a result. The frontend does not require an account to browse ministry resources.
Administrator access
Ministry administrators sign in using a one-time code delivered by email. A session cookie keeps the dashboard secure and expires after eight hours. Public visitors do not need an account to use the ministry’s resources.
